Ann joined Kdence in 2022 after three years with American Clean Power Association where she served as Senior Director of Advocacy, leading ACP’s state coalitions program and national grassroots network in support of clean energy industry priorities. She was vital in shaping national policy to meet her association’s needs. Â
Ann’s professional experience began on Capitol Hill working for Members of Congress and on a presidential campaign during the New Hampshire primary. She applied her political work to communications and marketing positions with both nonprofits and businesses, eventually returning to Washington, D.C. to build a ten-year career with one of the largest independent public affairs firms in the country. Her expertise includes leading grassroots field campaigns impacting federal, state, and local policy and managing public affairs field operatives from all fifty states. Â
Ann graduated with a B.A. in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She lives in Washington, D.C.
