She joins Kdence as Senior Vice President leading the firm’s public affairs and communications efforts.  

Prior to joining Kdence, Jessica was the principal and founder of her own independent public affairs and communications consultancy in Washington, D.C. For more than a decade, her firm led a network of consultants and political operatives across 50 states, including former members of Congress and Hill staff, launching initiatives to establish and reinforce industry champions, providing strategic counsel, and collaborating across alliance development, federal lobbying, policy, and communications client teams to design dynamic and effective campaigns.  

As an industry veteran, Jessica has a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients and a strong reputation for playing an integral part in key political campaigns and high-profile reputation management projects. Jessica’s career has been marked by her unwavering commitment to advocacy and her ability to connect with stakeholders and build relationships that are both effective and meaningful. 

Before launching her consultancy, Jessica worked with top public affairs, and communications agencies including Direct Impact and Bravo Group. She serves as an advisor and council member for several autoimmune and rare disease advocacy organizations and is a former member of the Public Affairs Council.
