Prior to joining Kdence, Rachel served as the Director of Legislative Support Services for the Republican Caucus in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Preceding her move north, Rachel worked as the Director of Client Services for ECI Defense Group and Operations, and a Manager for L3 ForceX in Nashville. Rachel also spent several years in Washington, DC, where she served under Majority Leader William H. Frist, and later with the trade and advocacy organizations USTelecom and America’s Natural Gas Alliance.

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Rachel became interested in politics at an early age following Fred Thompson’s famous red truck campaign to fill then-Vice President Al Gore’s vacant Senate seat. She graduated with a bachelor’s in political science from The University of the South (Sewanee). Rachel currently resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she enjoys embracing the ‘Bold North,’ supporting animal welfare, historic preservation efforts, and political campaigns.
